We recommend placing your order 3–5 days before arrival to ensure the best selection. During holidays and peak travel seasons, ordering a little earlier is always recommended.
Need groceries sooner or have a specific delivery time in mind? Just let us know! We can often accommodate 24-hour orders and specific delivery times, depending on availability.

How do payments work?
Payments are made securely through PayPal at checkout. Your grocery order and shopping service fee will be processed through PayPal when you place your order.
For delivery, a $20 USD minimum delivery fee is collected at checkout. If your delivery fee is higher than $20, Alex will coordinate and collect the remaining balance directly with you. The total delivery fee will never exceed $50 USD for deliveries within our standard service area, from Puerto Los Cabos to Diamante.

Absolutely! If your favorite brand is available in Los Cabos, we'll purchase it. If not, we'll recommend the closest alternative.

Our grocery shopping service fee is 15% of your total grocery purchase and is already built into our pricing.
For deliveries anywhere between Puerto Los Cabos and Diamante, the delivery fee ranges from $20–$50 USD, depending on your exact location. A $20 USD minimum delivery fee will be charged at checkout. If the delivery fee for your location is more than $20, Alex will coordinate the remaining balance with you directly.
For locations outside of Puerto Los Cabos to Diamante, delivery is subject to availability and an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and the applicable delivery fee.

Yes! One of our most popular services is stocking your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry before you arrive. You'll walk into a vacation home that's ready to enjoy.

Not necessarily. If your property manager or concierge can provide access, we'll deliver and stock your groceries before you arrive. We simply require payment in advance and confirmation from your property manager the day prior to delivery.
